How do I start over?
Open Settings and tap Reset everything, then tap again to confirm. This deletes the current season on this device.
Is my progress saved to the cloud?
No. Progress is saved only on your iPhone. If you delete the app, the season is lost.
I bought "Remove ads" on another device or reinstalled the app.
Open Settings and tap Restore purchases. The purchase is tied to your Apple ID.
How do I change my ad privacy choices?
For tracking: iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland you can also open Settings › Ad privacy choices inside the game.
The game has no sound.
Check that Sound effects is on in Settings and that the ring/silent switch on your iPhone is not set to silent.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
